Health Portals

You can access aspects of your healthcare online in your health portals including but not limited to viewing your visit summary, reviewing test results, communicating with your provider, and requesting copies of your medical records. If you do not know where to start, contact Embright at 888.402.4235. Support center hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 7:00pm, and Saturday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Pacific time.
