Meet Taylor!

Meet Jill!

  • Lower paycheck contributions in the Embright Preferred Partnership plan options for Traditional Medical Plan and Select Network Plan and increased company contributions into the Health Savings Account if enrolled in the Advantage+ plan option provides Jill and her family with multiple cost-saving options.

  • Higher company contributions into his health savings account (HSA). Since Jerry does not have a history of high medical spend he is able to take advantage of the increased company contribution to fully cover his annual medical expenses and roll over remaining HSA funds each year which can be used for future medical expenses.

Provider-led care management

Embright’s care management is provider-led which means your doctor(s) are involved in guiding your plan of care across in-person and online experiences. Embright care managers are registered nurses who serve as a point of integration across your medical needs. We connect you with the right resources including doctors, specialists, insurers, and communities providing a pathway to self-management. 

The Embright care management model is tied to the Triple Aim which focuses on the value of care delivered in a comprehensive and integrated way.
